What's on

Everything that happens in a normal week, plus the one-off events we'd love you to come to. All of it is open to everyone.

Sundays, 10:30am

Morning service with children's groups · Portfield Crescent, CF14 5QE

Every week

Come along to any of these — you don't need to sign up or know anyone first.

Sunday 10:30am

Morning service

Everyone is welcome to attend our Sunday Services, no matter what age or stage you’re at. Whether you’re only starting to investigate what Christianity is all about, or you’ve been a Christian for many years, you’ll receive a warm welcome! If you’d rather sit at the back to watch rather than take part, that’s absolutely fine! There’s no dress code, so wear whatever you’re comfortable in. We sing, pray, read the Bible and hear it explained each week. We also celebrate the Lord’s Supper most Sundays. A Sunday Club for primary school aged children take place in term time run by a team of leaders who are all DBS checked. A creche room is also available weekly for use by under 5s and their parent/carer. After the service, there’s a chance to enjoy teas, coffees and cakes together – and have a good catch up!

Contact us if you'd like to join a home group.

Home Groups

Our home groups meet every other week at 7.30PM in different homes. It’s a time to get to know a smaller group of Christians from the church family. It’s a great way to strengthen Christian friendships. We look at a bit of the Bible together and pray for one another. There’s usually cake involved too! Please contact us if you’d like to attend.

Wednesday 7:30pm

Prayer meeting

We meet every other week on a Wednesday at 7.30PM to pray together for each other, the church activities and the needs of the wider world. The prayer meeting takes place at a home on the Fishguard Road Estate. Please contact us if you’d like to attend.

Friday 7:30pm

Youth

We run regular events for young people which usually involve eating, fun games and activities, and something to help young people explore more about knowing Jesus. Please contact us if you’d like to attend.

Wednesday 10:30 (term time)

Coffee Morning & Lunch and Look at the Bible

Come and join us for teas, coffees and snacks whilst catching up with friends old and new. There’s also a chance to hear a short talk about the message of hope found in the Bible. Every other week during term time, some stay for our ‘Lunch & Look at the Bible’ which starts at 12PM. This is a chance to find out more about Christianity by looking at a short part of the Bible, followed by lunch together, and all are welcome.

1st Saturday each month

Free Food Market

We run a free food market on the first Saturday of the month, where we make available surplus stock from local supermarkets to anyone who would like it. The market is designed to give a helping hand to those who need some extra food for the fridge/cupboards and to reduce food waste. We open the doors at 9.30 am for refreshments and bacon baps. The market itself opens at 10 am. Please bring a shopping bag (or two!)

Christianity Explored

Christianity Explored is a free 7-part course which gives people the chance to explore who Jesus is, why He came and what that means for you today.

Each session will begin with a free meal with the group of people doing the course and those running the sessions. After that, there will be two short videos or talks, with breaks to chat as a group and a chance to ask any questions if you’d like. No question is too silly or ‘off limits’ – if you’re thinking it, someone else probably is too! You can wear anything you like, and you are free to leave at any point. The aim of the course is to help you better understand the good news about Jesus through the reading of the Mark’s gospel and to see how it can be good news for you today.

To help us have an idea of numbers for catering, please book your free place here. Christianity Explored Sign Up Form

Your course will be run by Eirian, Sabrina and Julie starting Monday 28th September, 7pm.
